State Center Mobile Meals

State Center Mobile Meals strives to provide nutritional meals to aid residents in their desire to remain in their home environment.

The Mobile Meals Program provides meals to residents of State Center who need assistance in maintaining adequate nutrition.  This service is also helpful following surgery or a hospital stay.  Meals can be ordered for a short term during recuperation or for an extended time as needed.  The meals are prepared by the State Center Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at a cost of $3.50 per meal.  Deliveries are made Monday through Friday beginning at 11:30am.  These daily visits are appreciated by the recipients and their families alike.
